What happens to your enquiry
Forms ask for your name, phone with country code and email. The extended form also includes language, service interest and a message. Fields are processed in the current browser tab for review and download; they are not currently submitted automatically to a DIAMAR database or CRM.
If you separately choose WhatsApp, the continuation button passes the prepared text to that service to open the chat. You confirm sending the message to DIAMAR there. The downloaded file and prepared text include your choices, the policy version and preparation time. DIAMAR does not receive that record until you send the enquiry. Close the tab to clear the form; delete any downloaded file separately.
Purposes and legal bases
We use an enquiry we receive to answer you, find a property, arrange a viewing, discuss a sale, rental or relocation, and prepare the service you request. Steps at your request before a contract and performance of a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; legal obligations on Article 6(1)(c). Site security and technical logs rely on the legitimate interest in operating a secure service, Article 6(1)(f).
Passing your enquiry through WhatsApp requires a separate choice, Article 6(1)(a). You may contact us by email or phone without choosing that channel. Accepting this policy does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise unrestricted sharing.
Third parties and service partners
Current channel: WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta group), if you choose it. Completed fields and your message are transmitted to communicate with DIAMAR. The WhatsApp privacy policy explains that service’s own processing.
During a transaction, where necessary: the owner or other transaction party, notaries, registers and competent authorities, with only necessary information and an appropriate legal basis.
Additional services: mortgage and insurance intermediaries, banks, lawyers, tax advisers, residence specialists, movers, renovation or property-management providers. These are possible categories, not already connected recipients. Before optional sharing with a partner, we will identify its name, purpose and necessary data and request specific consent where consent is the legal basis. The general form checkbox does not authorise sharing with all these parties.
Authorised staff and hosting, email and maintenance providers may access what is necessary under their roles and contractual obligations. Access on the controller’s behalf differs from disclosure to an independent partner. Automatic transmission from these forms to Inmovilla is not enabled.
Transfers outside the EEA
External services, including WhatsApp, may process information outside the European Economic Area under their terms. Choosing WhatsApp does not replace the safeguards required by the GDPR for international transfers. Before activating new recipients, DIAMAR must check processing locations and applicable safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or other permitted mechanisms including standard contractual clauses.
Retention and minimisation
The site does not store these form fields in the CRM. Once DIAMAR receives a message, it retains it while necessary to answer and provide the requested service. When the enquiry ends, information should be deleted or access restricted where retention is required by law or to address claims. Contractual, accounting and other legally required documents follow the relevant obligation. There is no single retention period for every type of information.
Do not include passports, bank documents, health information or other people’s details without a valid basis in an open enquiry. If documents are needed, we will arrange a suitable channel separately.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact info@diamar-home.com with the subject “Personal data”, your request and a reply address. Further identity verification is requested only when necessary.
Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Website, security and marketing
The server processes technical information, including IP and request parameters, to deliver pages and protect the site. The current version has no advertising pixels or marketing subscriptions through the form. Animation state may be retained within the tab.
The site uses HTTPS. Avoid sensitive information in free-text fields. Forms do not make automated decisions with significant legal effects. The service is intended for adults; acting for another person requires appropriate authority.
We use Umami hosted on DIAMAR’s server. It starts only after you select “Allow” and measures page views, menu and form openings, local enquiry preparation without its contents, WhatsApp openings and performance. We do not send form contents, emails, phone numbers, URL parameters or client identifiers to analytics. Referrers are reduced to their domain. Infrastructure processes an IP address when establishing a connection; browser information is used for statistics. Session recording and advertising pixels are not enabled. Your choice is stored in browser localStorage for up to 180 days. Change or withdraw it using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Declining does not limit the website; withdrawal stops analytics requests. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Technical sessionStorage also skips an intro you have already seen.
